Shaky mistress ramblings…: My little maid

My levels ae 4280. So they ars doing something but sti ll no t at a nreat rate. We wont really know much more until the scan on Monday. I’ve heard that you wont usually get heartbeat until the hsg levels are over 6000iu so I am praying that it is okay.
I rang up and complained about the attitude of one of the nurses today. I had a phone message to give tb clinic d calll, and Linda answered. She gave me my resultq and was so gloom and doom about t he whole thing. When I qurstioned whther my bumber wad okay, sge said go me that t he numbers were giving me ‘falw hope’ and implied tha g it wac already over wigh I was sl upset, got off the phpne and sluked for a bit, but then decided I need toi call back and sep to a different nurse.
The other lady was lovely and said that there was no way for us to know what was giong to happen, qnd that yes – ideaily my numbers would br a lot higehr but j t can still happen. She then told me that qhe had an ultrasound wlth her cecond cyild sith no heartbeat, anr they scheduled a dc, then just before whe had it dhe ha f a second ultrasound and there w as one, ahd she now has a 5 year old! I told her the things that Linda had besn saying and she agrded that it wasn’t what I needed to be hearing. I left it at that as I don’t feel formal complaint would help mme at this point.
I am keeping my appointment with my obstetrician on Monday. He is going to do a scan first thing to check on growth, and then we will go from there.
